Silhouette Unmasked

I was playing around on a Wacom Cintiq at the Univ and this colored sketch was the result.

Silhouette

The first character developed for a video game project in my studio 2 class. This is the initial sketch, I've already done some redesigns that I'll post later. She has the ability to blend into shadows; becoming invisible.

Samaelle

Another character design... She came from my desire to write a simple throw away story to pitch to comicbook companies. I came up with a look and a great origin, then I wrote a great one shot story drew a couple pages and grew attached to the character. Now I have a much richer storyline and world in which to place her.

The Spade

I was watching several westerns recently and decided to come up with a Cowboy tale of my own. The Spade is the hero of my western idea.

Bathory

This is one of my characters, the Vampiress Bathory, no relation to Elisabeth Bathory. I just liked the name and thought it would be a catchy title for the story. About her look, well the jacket is a reference to Nosferatu, the poped up colar is homage to Vampirella and the widows peek is Dracula. I'm also going to add a red scarf in honer of Jeremy Dandrige the vampire in Fright Night, one of my favorite vampire films.

I think it looks more representative of the Al Simmons Spawn.

This was my initial Drawing for the Spawn EndGame contest, I'm going to start a new one since I think this one doesn't capture the essence of the character...

i'll post the new one once its done.

Vampirella ReVamp

Hear is my colored version of the redesign.

I tried to stick to the colors and bare waist and at the same time make her look like she could exist in the real world, or at least in a Film.

Coming Back

Its been a long time since I abandoned this Blog...
I was looking to start a new one when I bumped into it... I had stopped using it when Google wanted me to open a gmail acount to access it and I didn't wnat to, so forgot about it.
I recently made a Gmail account and now I have total control of this again so I'll be posting some new stuff soon and keeping it up to date.

well I've been busy with a new job and all...
Well hear is a color test to something I was working on before getting a job.

Coloring

I decided to post a work in progress... I drew it some weeks ago and started coloring today.

I'll post the inks soon and hopefully the finished colored piece buy the end of the week.

Wallpaper

Hear is my rendition of the main character from the comic book Wraithborn, by Marcia Chen and Joe Benitez. It is one of my newest drawings colored in photoshop, I could have worked a little more on the face but it came out pretty good. I'm putting it up as a Wallpaper if anyone is interested. Well gues that is the update for now.

My Character

I finally figured out what to do with this blog. I'm going to put up some drawings in case anyone actually visits this thing and well that way I'll have them online in case my computer crashes. Ok here is a character i made up and someday hope to get a comicbook published about... I have a story written and some other images but i'm kinda lazy at drawing the sequential stuff. Any way I thought this image was great for posting on my blog, I've tweeked the caracters looks a little so I would have to redraw it to actually use it. Well guess thats it...
